These flavorful bites are ideal for a quick treat or snack while on the move. Packed with Vitamin C and healthy fats, they offer a nutritious boost. Simple for kids to prepare, encourage them to roll and dip them in coconut. A beautiful quick and nutritious snack for the whole family! We love making these at Kinder for baking days!


1 cup raw organic cashews (can be omitted) 

 2 cups organic coconut (watch out for preservatives!)

 Zest 1 lemon

 Juice of half a lemon

 3 tbs organic maple syrup

 Pinch of sea salt

 1/2 tsp shelf stable probiotics (optional)


Directions

Combine and ingredients and blend baby blend

Store in airtight container in fridge
